Event Description: More businesses are installing multiple chief executives in their succession plans. New research reveals the characteristics that lead to success. Doctors Annette Rahael and Andrea Casey will present their findings on co-CEO’s in family businesses. In a rare public appearance, co-CEO brothers Art and Abe VanWingerden of Metrolina Greenhouses, Charlotte will participate in the presentation. They will share their experiences with the leadership arrangement and answer questions from the audience.
