Event Description: Come learn about what resources are available in the community if you or your loved one needs home health care, medical equipment or specialized medical care. There are resources (financial and otherwise) that can help you with the care you might need or in your role as a Caregiver. Knowing what is available and how to navigate the healthcare system is important in our current world. We have information to share that may be helpful as you care for aging parents or in your own need for help with healthcare.
