Event Description: Get your business started on the right track by creating a clear framework for its entire life cycle: from operation, to growth, to investment, to sale. Join Asheville business law attorney Michael Palermo to understand a variety of legal considerations for the new entrepreneur, such as who makes critical decisions; who has a right to share in profits; and how to bring in new partners and plan for outside investment, growth, and transfer. Michael will focus on the most common types of businesses: sole proprietorship, corporation, and limited liability company, and he'll share examples around forming a traditional corporation and an LLC. Cost is $20 to attend one session, or $35 for both.
