The Glitter Sisters Inc. is a youth leadership and workforce development organization serving scholars across Western North Carolina. Through leadership training, entrepreneurship, creative arts, civic engagement, wellness, mentoring, and immersive retreats, we help young people build confidence, develop real-world skills, strengthen community connections, and prepare for success in school, careers, and life.
