Monthly 3-hour van tour of historic barns in the Mars Hill. The tours begin at 9am and end at approximately noon in the Ingles’ parking lot in Mars Hill (and, yes, there will be a bathroom stop in the middle). Our tour guide—Taylor Barnhill uses the opportunity of an audience of 10 or less to allow you to see the barns in a more detailed manner. Taylor’s knowledge of both the barns and the families who lived there is sure to provide for an enriching excursion. He sprinkles in stories about the history of the county as you drive from barn to barn. Gather your friends and set up a fun outing! The cost is $40 per person.
