Event Description: This is the first course in an 8 Module Certified Nonprofit Professional (CNP) credentialing program being offered at Western Carolina University in partnership with the Nonprofit Leadership Alliance. The format includes attending an on-site workshop being held on Friday, March 10, 2017 from 9 am to 4 pm at the WCU at Biltmore Park location in Asheville, NC., and then completing 4 weeks of on-line curriculum. The course topics include: * Nonprofit Management: The Basics * The Nonprofit Organizational Context * Nonprofit Human Resources * Ethics and Values in Nonprofit Organizations * Wrap Up For participants interested in enrolling in the entire 8 Week CNP Certification Program, visit pdp.wcu.edu or email jcthompson@wcu.edu or call 828-227-7397. The fee for the course is $300 with a $25 enrollment fee due upon registration, and a $100 credentialing fee that's due at the end of the program. There is also an option to pay the full tuition of $2,525 for all 8 Modules when registering for this course which includes these fees. If you chose to register for the entire program and pay the full tuition, you will automatically be registered for the other modules when registration opens for each course.
