Building a culture of connection within a hybrid workforce requires intentional effort. Here's a perfect example from our very own Accounting Solutions Group!👇✨ Our ASG is made up of primarily full-time remote and hybrid employees. This means that it takes a little outside of the box thinking to create opportunities for staff connection that is accessible to the entire team! Luckily we have the WTAF (Wegner Team Accounting Fun)! The committee members volunteer their time to develop monthly games and activities that engage everyone on their team, regardless of location!🎉🏆💻 Last week, the WTAF committee planned a virtual escape room with Escapely. The team spent an hour in small groups unraveling the clues and sharing some laughs, basically the perfect way to spend a Friday! These moments not only strengthen our team's relationships, but they also provide an opportunity to decompress from the daily grind.💪👏 We are so proud to be a hybrid Firm, and we will continue to be intentional in our efforts to build a workplace culture that Puts People First!🙌🤩💙

We're very excited to welcome Lydia Steinberg to Wegner CPAs! Lydia is joining our Assurance team as a staff accountant after gaining experience as a financial accountant for a local company. Our Madison and Milwaukee tax teams got together on Monday to celebrate the end of the 2024 tax season! ✨🎉🍾 We had so much fun getting together, and we couldn’t have asked for better hosts than Blind Shot Social Club! 🙌👏 There have been some requests to formally audit next year’s raffle drawing. 😅 Those concerns have been noted, and we’ll be sure to loop in Assurance in 2025 😉🎉✨
