Previous staffing issues have been address, I'm a happy client again! I have used them for auto, home, RV and boat.

Since my last review, the company has changed names and is now Main Street Insurance. There have also been some personnel changes, for the better. They seem to be back to the high level of prompt and courteous service I was used to initially.

This used to be such a great company to do business with. I've had my personal and business policies with them for over 20 years, but you'd never know it. They used to work hard to find me the best rates and coverage for the money, but now they act just like the State Farm agent I fled 20 years ago. I'm still with them, I just wish they were more proactive and responsive.
