Natural Sleep Mattress & Organic Bedding

I'm being generous here. We desperately needed a mattress. We bought a king for us and three more queens for the house. Nice salesman The delivery went very well. The queens are fine. But a week into sleeping in the Queen it actually hurt my husbands back, which they were informed he deals with a lifelong back injury from a car accident. Every store we spoke to offer a 120 days trial. Even now.
We had it for 8 days. ( only because they are closed two days in the middle of the week). They offered to pick it up and give us 20% off another mattress. No refunds. No exchanged. It was nearly $1800.00 and they would not ( like the other three places I spoke with ) stand behind their product. Sad. So if you plan on buying a mattress I strongly suggest you try a company willing to stand behind what they sell. This one does not. We obviously went with another company that is willing ( in writing ) to guarantee what they sell.

I think this has been one of my favorite shopping experiences in Asheville. My kids received new beds for Christmas. I don't know if anyone else is tired of buying a bunch of gifts that nobody needs? I find that task to be exhausting. So this year they got the gift of good sleep:-)

When you walk into Sleepworld it's very different from other mattress stores. The national chain stores feature fluorescent lighting and pushy sales people. Not to forget all of their products are off gassing toxic petroleum and fire retardants. Sleepworld is a very relaxing atmosphere. The lighting is calm. The employees are very knowledgeable and want you to be an educated consumer. The moment that I mentioned my concerns of off gassing, I was immediately pointed towards certain products and price points. I was never judged! Nor was I given any condescending crap like, "those claims haven't been scientifically proven," or, "the EPA says those chemicals are perfectly safe!" No, I was given alternative choices.

I also had the opportunity to work with Amanda the store manager. Fabulous!! Not even kidding, she's fantastic. I will shop at Sleepworld again! I will work with Amanda again. I love this store and the experience.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Vincent directly over the phone during this COVID-19 pandemic. We were in the process of moving and badly in need of a mattress topper. Vincent personally returned my voicemail and I couldn't be happier. The customer service we received was beyond 5 stars. There was originally a problem from the shipping side of things. When I called him it was taken care of IMMEDIATELY and I was sleeping comfortably in a matter of a couple days. We will be taking all of our business here!

I bought two sets of organic sheets from Sleepworld on airport road across from Walmart. I worked with the salesperson Rebecca and she was so wonderful and took ample time with me to help me find the right accessories for my mattress. She even looked at pictures of my design ideas to make sure I bought the right set to go with my bedroom. It looks SO wonderful. The store is beautiful and the sales are very low pressure. It was a pleasant shopping experience and I am certain I will be returning when I am ready to purchase a new mattress. Thank you Rebecca!!

Be careful to do your research on the brands they sell before you go in. The manager tends to push certain ones. They were fair about exchanging accessories that didn't work out.

We shopped at 5 stores for bedding. Amanda Crenshaw and Sleepworld were the best quality beds at the best price. They had a great selection and we described what we were looking for in both beds and our price range. She did not waste our time. She took us to see 4 beds for each that we could select from. The total ended up being less than the competition for much better quality. We bought them 8 months before needing them but she coordinated regularly to determine the best delivery date. The two gentleman who were delivering the beds showed up on time and did not mark up any walls in bringing in the beds and setting them up. They were courteous and worked fast. It has now been 4 months that we have been sleeping on them and we love them! Great rest on quality beds!!

I own a second home in Arden NC. We had not replaced our mattresses in our Arden home in 15 years and it was just time. I called around thinking I would shop when I got there. I called Sleepworld and spoke with Rebecca. I explained our situation and asked lots of questions and Rebecca was patient, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. I honestly had no intention of ordering on the phone but after speaking with Rebecca I felt confident to buy from her. She asked me all the right questions about mine and my husband's sleep habits. She recommended a Pure Talalay Bliss with a 2 inch topper. We got the Nature. It was delivered on the day we arrived and they even thought to bring pillows and a mattress protector. It was the easiest purchase and a great choice. We loved the mattress so much we are ordering one for our California house. Rebecca listened to me and recommended the exact right product. I would highly recommend working with Sleepworld of Arden for anyone concerned about the quality of their sleep.
